Job Title: Odoo Developer

Location: Malta

Position Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Odoo Developer to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for customizing, developing, and supporting Odoo ERP modules tailored to business requirements. Collaborating closely with analysts, project managers, and clients, you will design and deliver robust solutions that drive efficiency and innovation.

Key Responsibilities

    1. Develop and customize Odoo modules such as Sales, CRM, Accounting, Inventory, and HR.
    2. Integrate Odoo with third-party applications and APIs.
    3. Create new Odoo apps and features based on client requirements.
    4. Write clean, maintainable, and efficient Python code.
    5. Work on both frontend (QWeb, JavaScript) and backend components.
    6. Provide support and bug fixes for existing Odoo implementations.
    7. Participate in system design and architecture discussions.
    8. Perform code reviews and write technical documentation.

      9. Required Qualifications

    9. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
    10. A minimum of 5 years of experience in Odoo development.
    11. Proficiency in Python programming.
    12. Experience with both frontend (JavaScript, QWeb) and backend development.
    13. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

      14. Preferred Qualifications

    14. Experience in integrating Odoo with third-party applications.
    15. Prior experience in designing and developing new Odoo apps and features.
    16. Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
